Oliver Bormann

Oliver Bormann specializes in legal consulting in the fields of IT, Artificial Intelligence, and E-Commerce. He assists his clients in drafting and negotiating contracts for IT projects, particularly those involving ERP systems and cloud technologies. Additionally, he supports companies in managing project setbacks in IT projects and advises on the implementation of European regulations in data law, such as the Data Act and the AI Act.

Profil

Alongside his work as a lawyer, he programs and experiments with various technologies himself, developing practical solutions to better understand and address legal challenges in the digital environment. His enthusiasm for technology and innovation enables him to make complex IT issues comprehensible for his clients and to provide well-founded legal recommendations.

Oliver Bormann joined the IT department of Vogel & Partner as a research associate in Constance in 2022. Since 2024, he has been practicing as an attorney there.
