Anna Danek

Anna Danek advises on all legal issues in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as labor law. In addition to the formation and transformation of companies and advising corporate bodies, Ms. Danek advises clients on the acquisition or sale of companies or company shares. Ms. Danek also advises our clients on labor law issues and represents our clients nationwide before labor and civil courts.

During her legal clerkship, Anna Danek worked for a renowned law firm in Heidelberg in the field of commercial and corporate law. Before joining Vogel & Partner in Karlsruhe in July 2023, Anna Danek also worked in the commercial and corporate law team of a medium-sized law firm in Karlsruhe.
